On Colleen's First Snow Day

The day before President's Day, we had some snow.  We spent the day watching the snow fall, smelling the chili cook in the crock pot, and drinking hot chocolate.

We also put Sophie's snowsuit to use and took Colleen out in the snow for a bit.

This snow resulted in a snow day for Tom and I.  For us, snow day equals workday.  So, Colleen went to daycare for a few hours while Tom and I spent the day grading papers and working in our rooms.  Looking forward to snow days that involve sledding in the future!
